Day Delegate Rate

£23 plus VAT
This includes unlimited tea and coffee, buffet lunch, meeting room plus use of AV facilities including projection equipment.

Meeting Room Hire

Meeting room hire is not subject to VAT. Registered charities and company members of IPEM receive a 20% discount on room hire rates.

Catering

All rooms include unlimited tea and coffee.

Buffet lunch £9.00 plus VAT

This is a finger buffet which includes sandwiches, savoury items, cakes and orange juice / water per person.

AV Equipment

Wifi is available throughout.

The Knavesmire and Ebor rooms include AV facilities including projection equipment free of charge.

The following additional items can be hired:

Convene videoconference system - price on application 

The service of an audio visual technician is not included and the equipment is subject to availability.  If we do have to hire in extra equipment we will pass on the prices from the external supplier.  Audio visual equipment prices are subject to VAT at the current applicable rate.
